Instructions
Frying: Heat a pan with a little oil and put frozen or unfrozen in the pan. Fry both sides until the buff is cooked through.
Oven: Heat the oven to 200°C. Put the buff, frozen or unfrozen, on a plate or baking dish and cook for 7-10 minutes on each side until the buff is cooked through.
Grill: Heat the grill and cook the buff, frozen or unfrozen, until it is grilled through and slightly crispy on the outside.
