Instructions
Pan : Fry the fillet in a pan.
with oil over medium heat. Turn
in between until heated through.
Oven : Place the fillet in the oven for
10 - 14 minutes at 160°C until heated through.
Fryer : Fry at 180°C for 2-5
minutes until golden brown.
