Ella Stína's Wild Mushroom Sauce is a rich, creamy sauce with a deep mushroom flavour and a festive character. It goes perfectly with Mushroom Wellington, vegetable roast, potatoes, vegetables and other good dishes.

A great sauce when you want to make the meal a little more special.

Ingredients

Mushrooms (10%), wild mushrooms (5%), water, palm oil, glucose syrup, salt, flavouring, coconut extract, coconut water, garlic, lemon juice, preservative (E224 (sulphites)), thyme, flavour enhancers (E621, E635), spices (soy), yeast, onion, rapeseed oil, maltodextrin, pepper, thickeners (E412, E420, E435, E464, E472e).
