Instructions

Oven: Heat the oven to 180°C. Bake for 50-60 minutes depending on how good the oven is. If unfrozen 40-50 minutes

Whisk 1 dl oat milk and 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard and brush the dough or with egg whites. After 20 minutes in the oven, cut lines in the dough and brush again.

Return to the oven for the remainder of the cooking time. You have to make sure that it does not overcook.

Mushroom Wellington is ready when the dough has taken on a brown color. Let it stand for 10 minutes before cutting it into slices.
