Instructions
- Allow the steak to partially thaw.
- Start heating the oven to 200°C.
- Place the steak in the form on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until it starts to take on a nice light brown color. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before removing it from the mold and cutting it into slices.
